Spring-Loaded T-Handle Pull Pin

This spring-loaded 3/8" diameter pull pin allow you to quickly and easily retract and engage the plunger to slide the front weight extension in and out. Easily installed. Weld base on the outer weight bar housing. Pulling on the handle of the plunger assembly retracts the plunger into the housing. Releasing the handle allows the spring loaded plunger to extend. The lockout style allows you to pull and rotate the handle 1/4 turn to hold the plunger in the retracted position. $16.00 each, plus shipping & handling.

New, Heat-Treated Tie Rod and Ball Joint Ends -

Here's the most common for direct replacements found on most lawn & garden tractors:

OEM-quality tie rod end with rubber dust seal. Has a 3/8-24 NF stud and 3/8-24 NF right-hand thread hole. Works great for ordinary yard work and stock pulling tractors. $5.00 each, plus shipping & handling.

Heavy duty ball joint end (Heim joint). Has a 3/8-24 NF right-hand female threaded hole and a 3/8" i.d. hole. Extremely strong! Note: Ball joint ends are required in aircraft and heavy duty machinery because they're much stronger than ordinary tie rod ends. They're a direct replacement for tie rod ends on most lawn & garden equipment and all that's needed is a 3/8" minimum grade 5 bolt to secure it to the steering lever. And these do not have a dust seal, so they'll wear more when used for ordinary yard work if not protected. $11.00 each, plus shipping & handling.

Steering Box Assembly Rebuilds -

Basically, we disassemble the entire steering unit. Then we clean and inspect all the parts and replace anything that's excessively worn. Then we reassemble it, adjust it and lubricate it so it'll provide many more years of trouble-free service. $35.00 minimum labor. New parts, if needed, are extra charge. One Piece Steel Wheel. Painted white. Dimensions: 6" diameter x 3-1/4" wide x 3-1/2" centered hub. Can be used with an inner tube or tubeless tire. $36.00 each, plus shipping & handling.

Heavy duty, flanged bronze bushing for virtually all Cub Cadet and John Deere garden tractors upper part of the steering column with the metal cap installed. Sizes available:

3/4" i.d. x 1.003" o.d. x 3/4" height, flange o.d. is 1-1/4"
3/4" i.d. x 1-3/8" o.d. x 9/16" width, 1-1/2" flange.

New insert bearing with eccentric locking collar. 1" i.d. x 2.04" o.d. Fits all IH Cub Cadets with mechanical PTO clutch. Part # 150-545. $15.00 each, plus shipping & handling.

Heavy duty, low speed (up to 5 mph), oil-impregnated metal graphite flanged wheel bushing. Oil impregnated means the hardened metal is porous to absorb oil and grease so it will last longer. The oil acts as a cushion between the bearing and shaft, adding resistance to wear. These last a long time as long as they're lubricated with grease (chassis lube) regularly. If there is no grease fitting in the hub of the wheel, then one will need to be installed. Universal fit. Size: 3/4" i.d. x 1-3/8" o.d. x 9/16" width (1/2" fits inside the wheel hub), flange o.d. is 1-1/2". $2.50 each, plus shipping & handling. Replace Deteriorated Rubber ISO-Mounts with a set of our Machined Solid Steel Motor Mounts -

Details include:

An alternative to the troublesome OEM rubber mounts. For Cub Cadet models 680, 800, 1000, 1200, 1250, 1450, 1650 as well other models. If your tractor has two angled rails that attach to the engine, with rubber mounts between the rails and the frame, then these are what you need.
Permanent replacement and a MUST for competitive pulling or everyday use because they stabilize the engine to prevent severe engine vibration at high rpms, and they save wear on the driveshaft components, especially the flexible 3-pin clutch drive plate.
For pulling competition, heavy towing, garden plowing, pushing snow, yard work or just lawn mowing.
Direct replacement - replaces the entire rubber mounts. They install between the tractor frame and engine mounting brackets. A flat washer fastens on top of the brackets. Machined so they set the engine height at the correct alignment with the driveshaft.

- $30.00 per set of four solid mounts (1 per corner), plus shipping & handling.
- $40.00 per set of four solid mounts with the mounting hardware. Each mount comes with a flat washer, grade 5 bolt, lockwasher and nut, plus shipping & handling.
By the way - rubber motor mounts are intended for operator comfort from engine vibration only. The ISO mount tractors with solid motor mounts installed would feel and operate just like the older models with a solid mounted engine. And some people use our solid motor mounts just to mow grass and tell us that the mounts don't cause their tractor to vibrate much at all. But others have used them and said the vibration was unbearable. So we guess all we can say is try them. If you don't like them, return them for a full refund less shipping & handling cost.
Can be easily removed if rubber mounts are used instead. If you'd prefer to use new rubber motor mounts, you can to visit your nearest NAPA auto parts store. They have a variety of rubber mounts. Some shock absorber mounts are the same thing.
