Miller Pulling Promotions - "Track Master" Pulling Sled Rental Agreement

Person who transports Miller's sled, sled operator and all helpers
of sled receives free admission with no charge for gate fees. No
exceptions!

Sled owners (Brian and Billy Miller) shall not be held responsible
in any way for injuries to any participants (pullers), damage(s) or breakage
of parts on any pulling vehicle. No exceptions!

Operation of sled and/or weight or gear changes to sled will be authorized
by a member of Miller Pulling Promotions.

For safety reasons and for clear visibility of pulling vehicles to
sled operator, Miller's sled will not be operated under severe dusty track
conditions. Therefore, the track must be "watered down" to prevent dust
accumulation, before and if needed, during the pull (between classes).

The sled, weighing scales and measuring device will be provided by
Miller Pulling Promotions at the pull site(s). Assistance shall be provided
by pull site crew and/or pullers to set up and load all equipment before
and after pull.

The pull site shall provide all necessary equipment (blade-off tractor,
footage markers, out-of-bounds striping, etc.) and crew to operate equipment
to keep track conditions properly maintained.

The pull hitch (drawbar) on all pulling vehicles must have at least
a 1-1/2" hole, clevis opening or trailer ball for hook.

For safety reasons, all pulling vehicles must have wheelie bars. No
exceptions!

If pulling vehicle operates engine at wide open throttle, it must
have a killswitch to shut off engine located near pull hitch in case vehicle
goes out of bounds or hitch breakage.

All spectators shall remain at a safe distance a minimum of 15 feet
from out of bounds line of pulling track, with a barrier (fence or yellow
caution tape/ribbon) positioned no less than 10 feet from out of bounds line
on either side of track.

agreement in case we have another pull scheduled on the same day as yours,
and if threatening weather should occur on the day of your pull. Make a copy
